About Allison.
I am a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist in the North Houston area (North Harris and Montgomery counties). I grew up in the Texas countryside, with a love of repelling, canoeing, kayaking, running, and hiking. I began training and competing in Powerlifting following an extreme illness which had me bed-bound 4 years.
After winning the title at my last meet, I knew that at last I was once again strong, vibrant, and living the healthiest of lifestyles! My passion to share this wealth of knowledge I gained led me to pursue my education and career in Fitness and Nutrition. My passion for health is surpassed only by my desire to help others achieve optimal health and wellness! For the past 19 years, I have been designing and implementing exercise techniques for a variety of classes and clientele, including young moms, athletes, senior adults, post pregnancy, post rehab to post cancer. I have trained: Mrs. U.S. Beauties, Marathoners - Sr. Olympians, New Moms - Super Grand-moms! I love being that helping hand that takes the scary part away from working out. I believe in building you up, not tearing you down! |
